Compass Adjustment

Recently I uprooted myself from my home in New York and followed my dream of living on the coast of Maine. To accomplish this task, I needed a “compass adjustment”. Nothing was familiar and simple navigation became something I had to pay attention to. I soon discovered I needed a sense of humor and embraced letting go of expectations. I turned to my studio and began exploring new processes of making my work with materials I found close at hand.
